What is it about? 🫂

How much do we communicate without words? How do we set our boundaries, understand those of others, and create spaces where everyone feels safe and respected?

InTouch is an Erasmus+ Training Course bringing together youth workers from different European countries to explore touch, boundaries, consent and interpersonal relationships.

Through physical theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed, performance, contact dance, biodanza, body expression and collective reflection, participants will explore how body-based and artistic methods can become practical tools for youth work.

Objectives 🫶

✔ Develop body awareness and non-verbal communication
✔ Discover artistic and body-based methods for youth work
✔ Learn how to create safer and more inclusive group spaces
✔ Reflect on gender, culture, identity and interpersonal relationships
✔ Take home practical activities and tools to use with young people

Travel & Costs 🌱

🥦 Food, accommodation, training activities and materials are covered
🚃 Travel reimbursement up to a certain limit set in the INFOPACK
🌱 Green travel is strongly encouraged
🚨 Travel must be approved before booking

Who can apply? 👀

Youth workers, educators, facilitators, trainers, artists, community workers and youth leaders aged 20+ who:

✔ Live in France
✔ Work with young people
✔ Are interested in consent, boundaries, body awareness and interpersonal relationships
✔ Are curious about theatre, movement, dance, performance or creative facilitation
✔ Are open to non-formal learning and collective reflection
✔ Are ready to actively participate throughout the whole training
✔ Want to bring what they learn back to their organisation or local community

You don’t need to be a dancer or performer. Just bring your curiosity, your experiences and a willingness to learn together.
